Mr. Owens
Richard Owens has a bachelor's degree in Political Science with minors in International Relations and Communication from the University of Rhode Island (2003) and a Masters in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University (2009). He served nearly 15 years with the Defense Intelligence Agency, and has conducted extensive global research in areas of interest to the U.S. Intelligence Community while assigned to the NIU. He also authored a classified thesis examining similarities between U. S. involvement with Plan Columbia and Mexican drug trafficking. He is also a Florida licensed real estate broker.
