Hello Parents and Guardians!
My name is Christine Cooper, and I am an ESE teacher here at Lemon Bay. This is my eighth year at Lemon Bay, and my ninth year teaching overall. I am a proud graduate of LBHS and have loved giving back to the school and community who made me who I am today. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2015! I am the ESE Department Chair and the sponsor of the Student Government Association.
I have lived in Charlotte County since 2005, after my family relocated from New Jersey. I am married to my husband, Kevin. We are the proud parents of Sullivan Grace and our 25-pound Miniature Australian Shepherd, Ryder. Outside the classroom, I enjoy baking, boating, crafting, fishing, hanging out with friends and family, learning new recipes, and reading.
My goal is to encourage and enable my students to find confidence in themselves every day by trying new things and challenging themselves in new ways. GO MANTAS!
