I have been teaching at East since 2022.  Before I came to East, I taught in elementary schools in Indiana and Kentucky.  Since beginning teaching in 1998, I've taught every grade, Kindergarten through sixth grade.  My favorite thing to teach is Reading and I love being able to share my love of reading with my students.  I live here in Punta Gorda with my husband, who teaches at Charlotte High, our youngest daughter, two dogs, and one cat.  Mr. Beeler and I have two older children who live in Kentucky and two grandchildren.  When I am not at school, I love reading and watching the CHS Silver King Band.
