Hello my name is Trish Marcus and I am so excited to be your child's fifth grade Math and Science teacher this year! I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania (an NCATE school) in 2012 and have a concentration in Media Communications. I moved from the NY tri-state area in 2015 and have been teaching in Florida ever since. I am Gifted, ESOL, and Reading endorsed through the state of Florida. I enjoy spending my free time traveling (I love road trips!), going to the beach, and doing D.I.Y. projects. Math is my favorite subject to teach as I used to dislike it when I was in elementary school. I love using innovative strategies and activities to help students find their inner math genius!
