Mrs. Gilbert, Principals's Secretary, has certainly made her mark in the area of networking, writing grants, and generating donations. One of the most critical features in our efforts to leverage positive student behavior was creating the WANT for our Eagles Chips. Without students having a strong desire to receive them, they could not be used for positive reinforcement on campus. Ms. Gilbert jumped in with both feet to not only collaborate alongside the leadership team to develop positive strategies but also took ownership of networking and connecting to possible funding sources for our goals. Most importantly, Ms. Gilbert was able to create our outside seating area. Ms. Gilbert single-handedly pursued, obtained, and directed funds for a full arrangement of outside seating. We now have two beautiful seating areas for our students. These efforts are well above and beyond the expectations for her role. A huge thank you to Ms. Crystal Gilbert!
