I am originally from New Jersey where I taught grades K-4 for 15 years prior to coming to FL.
This is my third year at Kingsway teaching Kindergarten! I have my Masters in Education, I’m a Nationally Board Certified Teacher and I’m also reading and ESOL endorsed! This year I am participating in a sponsorship with the University of Florida to implement our new phonics program (UFLI) with extensive training!
I enjoy boating on the weekends with my husband and son, going to the beach and relaxing with a good book! I have 3 pets, one dog named Colby Jack and two cats, Biggie & Leo. I am a firm believer in daily affirmations, so they will be a part of our classroom to help promote resilience and confidence this year!
My office hours are 7:30-8:10 AM and 3:15-3:45 PM unless prearranged.
